Springfield House is situated in a remote corner of North Devon, one mile from the Atlantic Coast. The house is ideally positioned for coastal path walks, and is close to the quiet beaches at Welcombe, where you can surf, and Marsland Mouth.

The miles of beautiful sandy beach which stretch from Sandy Mouth to Bude are only a short drive away. Behind the house, acres of woodland are criss-crossed by footpaths and streams with beautiful sheltered walks down to the sea.

Welcombe village offers a delightful family pub, the Old Smithy Inn, which serves good food.
